We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within ten (10) days of delivery receipt for a full refund or exchange of a like item.
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear or use. For your protection and ours, please be sure to photograph the items prior to shipping.
To return a product, send the product back in its original packaging to Trina’s Art Room, 16976 SE 255th Place, Room 100, Covington, WA 98042 via USPS or UPS. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds and/or exchanges will be processed within seven (7) business days.
